Butt Blaster
The Butt Blaster is a free weight machine devised to cause exercise to the hamstring, glute muscles, which are difficult to reach, and quadriceps muscles by using a restrained movement for gross isolation. The conventional exercises result in unbalanced motion and the body becomes fatigued before the muscles are toned. These muscles need much repetition so that they become firm. Research suggests that when the hip is bent more than forty-five degrees the hamstring, quadriceps and glute are strained. The Butt Blaster has a constructive angle of sixty degrees. It causes a total segregation of these muscles without effecting undue pressure on the lower back.
Design
The Butt Blaster uses soft and stylish pads to support the body. There are comfortable handgrips. The cushioned form gives a soft contact area behind the knees. The weight holder can support 8 plates. The weights can be adjusted to strengthen the exercise. Olympic or Standard plates can be used. The weights are not included with the machine and have to be bought separately. There is a resistance peg, which can adjust 100 pounds of standard weight. There is an adjustable chest pad with a spring-loaded knob. The machine has a knee padding, elbow support, torso support and stomach support. There is an adjustable kick angle and soft grip stabilizing bars. A strong steel frame has a smooth pivot action. The pivoting footplate reduces the pressure on ankles and feet. There is a stable platform having a locking toe bar, which prevents wrong alignment or slipping of the feet. There is a 5 position abdominal support to align the torso and impart support at any fitness level. It is available with Heavy-duty rubber mat for protection. It comes in White and Black Colors.
Advantages
When it comes to the strengthening of the glutes, Butt Blaster is the best option. It can be stored easily, as folding reduces it volume by 50%. It is ideal for those who cannot manage gym equipments, which are difficult to handle. It is possible to gradually increase the weights depending on our strength. Depending on our flexibility, it is possible to choose the starting range of motion.
