Exercise Blade

The Exercise Blade or Bodyblade works on the opposite principle than conventional systems. In usual gym equipments, user has to lift weights or pull elastic bands. But in the Bodyblade, when the ends of the blade start moving, inertia desires to keep them in motion and the user must resist the motion. Technically, it is called as "Dynamic reactive instrument." It implies that it balances the force the user applies on the blade. The motion of the blade requires the user to contract his muscles to counteract the force. As the magnitude of the flexing tips raises the exercise become more intense. In 1 minute, the end of the Bodyblade moves 270 times and so do the body muscles. The resistance required to control the blades builds the muscles.

Exercises

The anaerobic part of the exercise with Bodyblade improves the muscle size to some extent. The grouping of more mass and power along with better metabolism alters the feel of the body. Bodyblade has many size models, which can be used for aerobic exercises. They cause the user to perspire and loose the calories. Chest Press, Back and Shoulder Reach, Ab Crunch, Tricep Push, Bicep Tricep Trimmer and Hip and Thigh Sculptor are the different exercises, which can be performed. Some other exercises exist for Full Body exercise. Muscle groups are utilized for a particular sport. Bodyblade can be used to target these muscles. It imitates the movements' athletes' use in competitions. As a result, the body is taught to carry out moves with more speed and force.
