Treadmill is the right machine to burn calories. Treadmill is designed in a way to fulfill the needs of walkers and runners. In order to give the best workout to the user, the treadmill is equipped with the electronics which are user friendly. A treadmill can be programmed in a way that will meet the requirement that the user want. The user will get the best results when the treadmill is used properly. The main advantage of treadmill is that the user can workout irrespective of the weather. As treadmill can be kept at home then there is no need to go out for workout.

Ways to burn more calories by using treadmill

Incline the treadmill; this will force more muscles to workout which will result in burning more calories. The amount of calories that user can burn with the help of treadmill is much more then normal incline. The second way to burn more calories with the help of treadmill is that don’t take the help from the handrails. When the user holds the handrails then he is getting help from the frame of the treadmill. When user takes the help from handrails then legs are not much strained. Lower the intensity instead of taking help of handrails, hold the handrails only for support and do not take a grip of them. The third way that will burn more calories is the speed intervals. Higher calories are burned out after the workout. The user should walk at the normal rate for two to three minutes and at a faster rate for thirty to sixty seconds. In order to get best results, consult the doctor before starting exercise with the help of treadmill. Body of every person is different so the requirement of exercise of each body is different.
