Treadmill is an electrical machine. It is used for running or walking. Most of the gyms and homes contain this machine. This is helpful in improving the health condition. It reduces the fat content in the body. It is helpful in maintaining the cholesterol level in the body. It is an expensive machine.

Treadmill training:

A treadmill machine has many arrangements. It has many types of buttons. One will get confused and frustrated of the number of buttons that contains. One has to have good knowledge about the treadmill to get the optimum convention. He should know to use it properly. Therefore there is a need of training. Training makes an individual to use the machine in a proper way. It is also helpful in maintaining the machine in a proper condition. Treadmill training includes a variety of different functions and programmes. Some of the programmes included are variable speed and gradient, preset training programmes, integrated cooling fans, heart rate monitoring, and fitness tests. The other training options are steady paced sessions, hill training, speedy play workouts, interval speed sessions, and precise even paced runs.

The training is a safe activity. Whenever there is an emergency the machine or treadmill can be stopped. When the belt is moving the treadmill should not be started or stopped. When the belt is in a motionless condition then it can be stopped. It is dangerous to jump on a moving treadmill. Since it has a smooth surface there are chances of falling down while running or walking. So one should always have control and concentration. Always it is advised to run in the middle of the belt. One should be able to reach the controls of the treadmill without any difficulty. The speed of the treadmill within the capabilities for the duration of the session.

It offers a fantastic solution to maintaining the cardiovascular training. It is helpful in improving the flexibility of an individual. The training reduces the long-term joint wear and tear.
