Many people are suffering from large stomach because of excessive fat. If you want a flat stomach then try the exercise ball work outs and healthy balanced diet. Many people are getting flat stomach after they tried the exercise ball work outs. However if you feel pain on doing any exercise then avoid doing such exercise. If you are beginner then keep hold on the wall to get stability. The ball exercises will help to tighten the inner muscles and to reduce fat in your stomach. You will really enjoy doing this and will notice the difference in your stomach when you do this regularly.

Ball extension will help to reduce your stomach. Lie down on the ball with your back and put your knees slightly bend on the floor. Then raise the arms behind your head and then try to roll the ball. Then bring your body in a straight line. This will help in stretching the muscles in the oblique abdomen and repeat the process for 10 to 12 times.

Ball balance is the most difficult exercise that will provide more benefit in reducing your stomach. Place your hips on the ball. Be stable and then raise your legs slowly. Keep your body in a straight line. Then raise your arms and put out of the side. You should not roll the ball. None of the part of your body should move. Keep this position for few seconds. This work out though difficult will provide you flat stomach.

Butt lift is yet another important exercise in getting flat stomach. First position your head on the ball with your neck and shoulder support. Bend your knees. Then try to raise your knees without rolling the ball. Keep your body in a bridge position for few seconds. Be sure that you stand on your feet and not on toes.

You can do ball twist after doing the above exercise. Lie down on the floor. Place the ball between your feet. Then twist your body to right side. Then do the same for your left side. While doing this, ensure that your shoulders do not move. These work outs will help in getting perfect body shape as it will reduce your stomach fat.
